Work organizations deal with problem-solving constantly: From day-to-day challenges and decision-making, to larger initiatives related to product development, customer service, quality, efficiency. In order to make the best decisions and find the best solutions it is important to have quick and effective methods to bring forth new and useful ideas. Creativity training provides practical methods for generating and evaluating ideas, and will inspire your team, department or project group to achieve more innovative results. And have more fun while doing so! Work groups that are creative not only find better solutions, they also show more work engagement and less stress, research shows.

JBF has held many courses and seminars in creative problem solving and has trained managers, teams and consultants in various organizations including Hydro, NOS – Norwegian Society for Organizational Psychology and NTNU, Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
